Putting people at the heart of your business is where Pedestrian thrives! When the Neustaedter’s came to us they wanted to take their business to the next level and tap into a new market of new home buyers, and they knew increasing their game on their digital platforms is where that was going to happen. We refined the strategy to create content that would extend the reach of their social media posts, increase their overall social media presence and convey the warm, approachable personality and dynamic of the team. Since they aren’t an average real estate team, their social media needed to reflect this. 

To achieve this our content was led by three pillars — education, team spirit and listings while elevating their Instagram feed with a refined visual strategy. We worked together to connect with the community through giveaways, boosted posts and digital ads while showcasing the amazing work that they do in their BTS coverage of the real estate journey and spotlighting heartwarming stories and testimonials from their clients.

Putting the visual strategy to work, we streamlined and updated the team’s marketing materials and designed the final copy of their billboard on the TransCanada Highway. It also guided the process of managing their website and providing timely market analytics, while ensuring the site was easily navigated and discoverable.
